At Glenn County Special Education, the student:teacher ratio has risen 9% over the 5-year window — from 10.6:1 in 2020 to 11.6:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 4.8:1 below in 2020 to 3.8:1 below in 2024.
